About the Founder
Yulia Leshchenko is the Founder and Research Director of IRAIET and serves as the primary architect of the Alliance’s research agenda, strategic direction, and innovation initiatives.
Drawing on more than 16 years of experience in intellectual property law and emerging technologies, she founded IRAIET to address critical legal and regulatory challenges arising from artificial intelligence, digital assets, tokenized real-world assets, and rapidly evolving digital ecosystems.
Under her leadership, the Alliance develops research initiatives, policy analysis, publications, and innovation-focused projects addressing the future of digital ownership, AI-generated assets, digital provenance, and tokenized rights. IRAIET’s research priorities, publications, and innovation initiatives are developed under her direction and reflect her long-standing work at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation.

The International Research Alliance for Digital Innovation and Emerging Technologies (IRAIET) is an independent nonprofit research organization established to advance research, policy development, and interdisciplinary collaboration in the fields of artificial intelligence, intellectual property, digital assets, tokenized real-world assets (RWA), blockchain systems, and emerging legal and economic frameworks.
IRAIET focuses on the legal, technological, and policy challenges created by rapidly evolving digital ecosystems, with a particular emphasis on the future of digital ownership, verifiable provenance, AI-generated assets, and tokenized rights.
